"The Third Chapter of My Life"

Date: June, 2007

There are three stages in our lives. The first stage is when we are students and we have lofty ambitions, the second chapter is when we work very hard to participate in and support the economy and society with our entire being. After we retire, then the third stage arrives to wrap up the final chapter of our lives. I have totally dedicated my life to the agricultural field, and as a result, I discovered and developed EM™, Effective Microorganisms™.

"Forum to Commemorate the Establishment of the Hado Technology Research Group (September 8th, 2006)"

Date: October, 2007

Syntropy can also be called "the law of revitalization," and is similar to the laws governing unknown fields that have been labeled the magical or the occult, and can be seen as the immaterial or insubstantial, as opposed to the material. Those these are called hado they have a completely different configuration, and it is both difficult to explain and impossible to comprehend them using existing concepts of hado. The concept of revitalizing hado differs so greatly from existing concepts that a totally new conception of hado is needed. The Forum venue was “The Sasakawa Memorial International Hall” in Tokyo and was in this forum where the Yukio Funai Group, the Teruo Higa Group, and the Masaru Emoto Group, decided to work together closely to help resolve these issues. When the hado technologies that are appearing one after the other become widely disseminated, they will lead to solutions to these global issues that existing technologies cannot address.

"The 13th Conference on Nature Farming/EM™ Technology Exchange Conference in Kyoto (Continued)"

Date: April, 2008

The challenge the EM™ Outreach Association has set for itself is to "Make EM™ an Integral Part of Society." In the conference was exposed the following topics:
1.    Clams Have Returned to our Sea! This is a report on how Japanese littleneck clams have returned to Yuge Island in Kamijima-cho in Ehime Prefecture, and how this has reinvigorated the region;
2.    EM™ Activities in Shiroi City, Chiba Prefecture, reported on how elementary schools, welfare facilities, the city Environmental Section, as well as EM™ volunteers all worked together to, in their words, "Turn Sludge-Filled Rivers to Places where Killifish [medaka] Can Thrive!";
3.    Welfare Facilities Making EM™ an Integral Part of Society, is found when physically challenged people, who find it difficult to be independent, are able to use EM™ to help them achieve independence.
4.    The Influence EM™-based Environmental Remediation has on People's Lives can have a profound impact on people's minds and hearts. A bad environment and an unsettled mind are caused by the same factor: an increase in entropy due to free radicals, a situation people at present don't fully comprehend.

"The Inherent Contradictions of Modern Agriculture"

Date: May, 2008

The conventional agricultural technology—with the exception of the type of self-sufficient agriculture that ignores labor productivity—will always, from a management standpoint, structurally operate in the red and will find it difficult to stand on its own without government support. The modern agriculture is devastating the environment with the wrong use of the chemical fertilizers and the excessive land till. For example, is mentioned the Okinawa Prefecture that because of an excess of phosphorous the sugar content in sugar cane can't rise above a certain level, which has led to proposals to delete phosphorous from fertilization plans. To reach the ideal balance of materials, Nature Farming and organic farming would require huge amounts of organic material, which is impracticable.

"Prologue to a Syntropic (Revitalizing) Medical Science"

Date: June, 2008

The key term for discussing the effects of EM™ was antioxidants, followed later on by the concept of nonionization, and more recently as our understanding has improved we've recognized that there is an indirect connection between EM and a new conception of hado (resonance). Though still at the hypothetical stage, I am beginning to believe that because the hado produced by EM™ have revitalizing properties they may be ultra high frequency, ultra low energy "gravitational waves" that are longitudinal (expanded vertical-shaped) waves. Also have the ability to transform harmful energy into revitalizing energy. This has been applied to EM Ceramics, EM7, EM Revitalizing Salt, and EM Revitalizing Minerals. EM•X® Gold has between 5-6 and 10 times the "hado level" of EM•X®

"Illness Occurs When Individual and Societal Stress Exceed a Person's Ability to Cope"

Date: July, 2008

The mechanism behind the occurrence of illness is a question of balance in the immune system, which is controlled by sympathetic and para-sympathetic nerves. The cause of disease is various kinds of stress that destroy this balance. Briefly put, it is undeniable that the root cause lies in individual lifestyles that exceed a person’s ability to cope.

This rejuvenating type of salt has powerful antioxidant and revitalizing properties. Mr. Hiroto Narita (92 years old), told his experience using “EM™ Rejuvenating Sea Salt” and all the benefits that he obtain in his health after took one gram of salt every day. The salt also includes eighty-three types of trace minerals necessary for the human body.

"At Long Last: Personnel Training in EM Technology™".

Date: September, 2008

EM Technology™ can solve the monumental problems facing mankind, those related to food and the environment, while at the same time creating optimum health and social welfare. It is clear that if EM™ becomes an integral part of daily life, as commonly used as water or air, and the derivative technologies related to it are put to use, the pledge of EM™ to create an “earth-saving revolution” will become a reality.
Several organizations with the cooperation of EMRO (EM Research Organization), have also held advanced level EM™ instructor training workshops and have proactively trained personnel to disseminate EM Technology™, but still I have felt keenly that, with the rapid developments in EM Technology™, for it to become an integral part of society we must train EM Technology™ specialists in universities.

"EM™ Festa in Central America"

Date: October, 2008

This already somewhat old news, but the EM Festa in Central America was held from June 18-19, along with a follow-up workshop for graduates of the EARTH University in Costa Rica. Many of you no doubt already know this, but EARTH University is the top private agricultural university in Central and South America.
EM™ has shown remarkable success in combating disease and pests in bananas and has shown how the malodorous waste residue from bananas can be turned into high quality EM Bokashi compost, thus completely transforming the banana industry in Costa Rica.
After the EM Festa in Central America was over, I had the opportunity to visit a model district in Peru where impoverished farmers are able to run self-supporting enterprises through the use of EM™.

Date: November, 2008

Five years ago, as part of helping direct EM™ in Central and South America, I visited Argentina. With the help of the Japanese Embassy, I gave a large-scale lecture on EM™ at the Okinawa Association Hall, which was packed. At that time, the Chairman of the Board of OISCA in neighboring Uruguay, Mr. Mikami, also participated and proposed that Uruguay be transformed into a model EM nation. At the same time that he reviewed possibilities with the Inter-American Development Bank, JICA, the Foreign Ministry, and other public programs targeted at reducing poverty, Mr. Mikami conducted experiments with EM™ and funded model businesses in areas of Uruguay that could most benefit from EM™.

"Environmental Forum: Revive the Nihonbashi River!”

Date: December, 2008.

On October 27 at the Mitsukoshi Theater was the Environmental Forum “Revive the Nihonbashi River!” was held to report on progress on the movement to clean up the Nihonbashi River begun in December, 2006. The only group that has been taking care of the river is the Historical Bridges Nihonbashi Preservation Society; this society’s main activities are the scrubbing of the Nihonbashi bridge once a year, but this did not lead to the idea of cleaning the water in the river. Until recently this scrubbing of the bridge has been done with synthetic detergents, but concern over water pollution led to changing to the use of EM™ Shabondama Soap in 2006. This was the first contact between the Society and EM™, and since then a movement has begun, based on the results shown with the Dotonbori River in Osaka, to clean the water of the Nihonbashi River using EM™.

"The Beginning of a New Era"

Date: January, 2009.

As the mechanism behind subprime loans in the US has come to light, the pyramid schemes of the financial industry have fallen apart, and this had a very serious effect on the actual economy. In short, we see here how bankrupt is the gaming-type concept that transforms everything into data, and that believes that the market and society can be managed scientifically and theoretically. As a result, the two-tiered structure of the world has come into sharper focus, and we see the importance of the analog parts that cannot be quantified as data in creating the future of humanity. I have long defined a society in which there is a high level of coexistence as one that is a contented society. It is a society where people live self-reliant lives, are content with less, and are not controlled by a money economy.

"Reaffirming the Versatility of EMTM"

Date: March, 2009.

This month’s article examines the worldwide economic recession brought on by the collapse of the pyramid schemes (subprime loans) in the U.S. starting in 2008, and how we can respond to this critical situation from the viewpoint of EM. If EM becomes as common an element of daily life as the air and water, it will not only strengthen people’s individual immune systems, but if EM is adopted in the public sphere and proactively used in all sorts of venues, society’s immune system, too, will be fortified. Therefore, in order to break the unfortunate chain that’s occurring at present throughout the world, it is of vital importance to construct a system whereby EM becomes an essential part of society.

"Using EM to Solve Public Administrative Costs"

Date: April, 2009

I have long been explaining how if public administrative units and citizens systemically incorporate the use of EM into their daily lives, it is possible for them to cut public administrative costs in half, and I have been assisting in all sorts of practical applications. In the beginning, local governments and the national government didn’t want to have anything to do with EM, but now they have recognized its effectiveness. However, in order to fully demonstrate the power of EM and lower administrative costs by half, we must remember that it is of paramount importance that EM not be used just as a substitute for existing methods, but to transform administrative methods.

"Use of EM™ in Response to Swine Flu"

Date: May, 2009.

If one uses EM・1® freely, and thoroughly, in daily life to gargle and wash one’s hands, it is fully possible to deal with swine flu as well as pandemics resulting from people becoming infected with avian flu, so I therefore continue to recommend an EM lifestyle to prepare for the worst case scenario.
The essential power of EM™ lies in its being safe and pleasant to use, its low cost and high quality, and its sustainability and cumulative effect. If this power is put to use in daily life, and if administrative units apply EM・1® freely, it is possible to cut administrative costs by more than half; if a cooperative relationship with residents, centered on EM・1®, can be enhanced, it may be possible to cut costs by an additional 25% and still provide a level of administrative services that residents will be satisfied with.

"Activities to Disseminate EM™- Focused Nature Farming in China"

Date: June, 2009.

EM™ research in China covers many areas, including fisheries; over 2,500 academic papers have been written in China regarding EM™, and many academic degrees have been awarded for EM™-related research. It is only a matter of time before China becomes the leading nation using EM™ in the world.
The privatized organic farming village in the Daxing district of Beijing is recognized as being in the forefront of environmental farming in China, and over 100,000 people visit there each year. Organic materials are entirely recycled, including methane gas, which is used for generating electricity, there are research facilities and a restaurant, and the village is linked to the tourist industry and ships the majority of its produce to large stores in Beijing.
